Audio Technica BP4029
The BP4029 replaced the Audio Technica AT835ST
This lightweight stereo shotgun is 'engineered for high-end broadcast and production use' and finished in black. With independent line-cardioid and figure-of-eight elements configured in an MS (Mid-Side) arrangement with switch-selectable internal matrixing, this design offers the choice of selecting a left-right stereo output, wide or narrow, or discrete Mid-Side signals for later manipulation. A switch provides a low-frequency roll-off filter, 80Hz, 12 dB/octave.

FEL Mini MicBooster
The preamplifier is designed to boost low level mic signals before they go into the microphone input of a recorder or sound mixer. It is not designed for and should not be used to amplify a signal to line level. At levels above -10 dBu distortion will begin to occur. A typical situation may be an effects mic which would normally have 60 db of gain at the mixer. Instead the mixer gain could be reduced to 40 dB with 20 dB provided close to the microphone by the Mini MicBooster.

Genelec 8030
The active 8030C studio monitor by Genelec is the enhanced version of the 8030BPM nearfield. It's compact, but delivers an impressive amount of power as well as a broad frequency range, making it ideal for set-ups like home studios, control rooms or surround-sound systems. The housing is made of moulded aluminium, and combined with the Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW), this ensures an optimal balance of frequencies in spaces with particularly tricky acoustics. By connecting a compatible subwoofer to the 8030C, you can further expand on its low frequency range. Furthermore, this monitor has ISS (Intelligent Signal Sensing) functionality which shuts the unit off automatically after a period of inactivity, keeping energy consumption to a minimum.
